Architectural visualisation
This render is a visualisation of a modern appartments complex. The apartments vary in class and size. The apartments on the first 5 floors are affordable priced appartments, while those on the upper floors are slightly bigger and more expensive. The lower 5 floors each contain three appartments, two with the balcony at the front and one with the balcony situated on the side of the building. The highest floor contains one high quality penthouse, with a great view over the park. The balconies are seperated with wooden panels for a frienly look.

The building is designed in a minimalistic style with modernist elements.

Bathroom

Residential tower
A little older work. A residential tower with 15 stories. Each story houses five different apartments and varies in class and pricing. The tower has a minimalistic and clean design, most noticeble by the concrete blocks cladding at the balconies. The tower has an own underground parking garage, which can be reached via an entrance at the home story. Some renders of the this garage can be found at the complete gallery.
